No 9pm MSE Parade on Aug 30 and 31st at MK?

so when checking the info here on the DIS and also on WDW's website there is no Main Street Electrical Parade listed for Aug 30 and 31st. I can't see anything else listed in EVENTS that would interfere with that parade. anyone have an idea why they aren't having the evening parade those two days? coincidentally, MK is listed on the DIS as being open for Extra Magic Hours. (the free ones that are 2 hours after closing rather than the hard ticket ones that are 3 hours after closing) as being on the 31st. strange to be open late and not have a parade at all.
