No 7DMT FP+ for us

I don't normally sweat ADRS and FPs. I can usually get what we want and make the times work but i didnt imagine there would be no availability at all for 7DMT.

My FP window opened yesterday and of course the Disney website was down early in the day. I finally got in yesterday afternoon and there were no times for 7DMT on Nov 20th. Crowd calendars for that day are only 3 and MK is a green park. Our last trip was in July with huge crowds and I got 7D with no problem.

I'm bummed.

You should just spend $20 to $25 per person on Be Our Guest early breakfast so you might have the opportunity to ride 7DMT before the rope drop people arrive!! (personally, I think that's ridiculous, but I figured I'd put it out there before anybody else).

I'd keep checking because you might have some FP open up as people are making adjustments. We just got back from Disney and we waited no more than 30 minutes for Mine Train. We found you can hit it up during the Wishes show and have an even shorter wait. Just a thought!

You can always show up an hour before the park opens and participate in the Mad Max remake that is rope drop now.

I've been randomly checking wait times the past couple of weeks just so I know what to expect. I've seen very few times over 60 minutes and lots of wait times of 30 minutes. Hoping it stays that way. That's not bad for a newer ride.

For your future visits, you might already know this, but remember that the fastpass window opens up at midnight (Florida time). So for me, I went online at 11:00 p.m. my time. The next tip is to start at the end of your trip for the hard to get fastpasses.

As a consolation for you.....the Dibb showed 7DMT filled up for November 20th days ago. My window was Sunday at midnight (the same as you), 11:00 Saturday night for me. I checked their website during the day on Friday and it already showed it being not available. I at least did a quick reschedule what rides on what days and switched it to a day later in our trip.

There was no FP+ availability for 7DMT for either of the days we were scheduled to be in MK when my window opened either. I searched for FP+ one at a time and slowly migrated everyone over to overlapping time frames. I was able to get 6 of them, but searching one at at a time, over the course of a few days. I started searching the day after my window opened and I was able to get them all within 3 days. It takes perseverance and constant checking but you should be able to get them before your trip. Good luck!

We found a 10 minute wait for 7D right after Wishes a few weeks ago. The posted wait was 65. Later at night is the most efficient time to ride the headliners if you don't have FP+.

I know people do this but I agree that its silly. And we hate BOG. It's like dining in a noisy, dark, crowded warehouse.

I did my FPs this morning for our trip starting on the 21st. When I originally went to pick it did not give me 7DMT as an option. But after I did the rest of my days I went back in and individually looked at a few to tweak times and was able to get 7DMT for the 21st and the 25th for 5 people. Try to go in and change an individual FP and see if it works for you.

You can always get there early and do rope drop. It's really not that bad and if you get there early enough you will be at the front of the pack. There is no running of the Bulls and it has seemed very organized every time we have experienced it. It's a walk on if you go this route. We usually always do this for our MK days and then set a FP for it in the evening so we can experience it at different times

Rope drop is an option, and don't give up yet on the FP's as others have said. Being a local passholder, I don't plan most of my trips more than two weeks out. But I am often still able to get the FP rides and times I want if not immediately, then later. You just have to get lucky and check right after someone else cancels their FP. I got a mine train FP for my mom and I just two days out.

The queue is really neat, however. To us, not worth more than a 15 minute wait as the ride is good, but not that good. We'd wait 30mn for thunder or splash mountain, or even HM, before we would the mine train.

Hey some of us Floridians are in Central time, just thought I would point that out Which works out better, I only had to stay up til 11PM instead of midnight.
