Nj Week At Universal...crowds?

I was at Disney last year during this time frame...wasn't too bad. Just wondering what the crowd level is like? The teacher convention days are Nov. 10 and 11. Are the parks more crowded on Sat just like MK? Do you think I need to stay at Universal resort to get Front of Line Privilage? We usually get up early and go to the parks for the 9 am opening?

I haven't ever noticed an impact on crowds for Jersey week except at Disney. That doesn't mean that this year will not be crowded. Last year and the year before, there didn't seem to be an increase of crowds for Jersey week though.

This will be our second time going during this time frame. The crowds are definately larger than during a really slow time like October, late August or early December. But, it is still pretty slow. Keep in mind that the weekend of the 11th is Beer Fest at City Walk, so that will bring in more crowds too.

We always stay on site though, so I can't answer how long the normal lines are.
