Does anyone know where you can pre-order the Nintendo Wii?

Preorders were last week...Oct 9 but you can preorder games.

The "rumor" is that there are supposed to be enough systems for Christmas sales....We will see.

I was consulting some gaming sites and they said to break out the phone book and call your gaming places and ask.
You just never know.

Oh and presale date was the 13th...

ETA...go to Amazon.com. Interesting info! I am looking this stuff up because I want to get this for 10yodd for Christmas.

Presale for EBgames was last week. I've heard a rumor that Toys R Us will be doing a presale at the end of this month - next week sometime.

There are several articles in trade mags that say as long as you buy within the first couple of weeks, it shouldn't be that hard to get one for Christmas.

$250.00 for the console. It includes one controller.

A second controller will be $40 and then $20 for the numchuck attachment thingy.

I've got 2 on pre-order(one at amazon thanks to reading these boards! and one at Gamestop (again from reading these boards!). I hope I get at least one of them.

I am also trying to get a pre-order online for the PS3. I am not waiting outside for it.
