Has anyone eaten here and what can you tell me about this place?

I perused through their menu on allears and was somewhat encouraged. I have an ADR for 3 people during our stay in the 1st week of December.

Thanks

My family enjoyed it. The place is beautiful inside and the service is courteous and efficient. It's typical americanized chinese food of good quality at very expensive prices. If you know that going in you should be fine.

:thumbsup2

We ate there in August and were disappointed with the meal. We had the Honey Sesame Chicken and the Kung Boa chicken. The hot and sour soup was okay, not great. The food was also quite salty. There are so many great places to eat in WDW, I would not recommed going here.

My group of 4 ate there about 2 weeks ago and we all had a good time. The food was good, typical chinese food fair. The service was good as well. I know this restaurant is not well liked here but we had a great time.

We enjoy eating there. Honey Sesame Chicken is wonderful. Gen. Tsos chicken is also. It has become our traditional last meal at WDW.

I was so apprehensive to try Nine Dragons from all of the negative reviews on the board. So very glad I tried it!! The honey sesame chicken was out of this world, and not overly salty at all. All, 5 of us loved our entrees, the appetizers, were just ok. I have had better. But, I cancelled a second dinner at Lecieller to eat at Nine Dragons again. So, to me it was very good!

I am sad to hear it will be closed on my trip next year. I was going to eat there twice again, oh well. I will try the new resteraunts.:)

I'm stuck on what to choose, but Nine Dragons sounds like they have good food.

We ate there on our Honeymoon 7 years ago and again 3 years ago, so its been awhile. The first time we were really impressed, but the second not so much so. I guess maybe it was because we can get the same thing at home.

I would HIGHLY reccomend Teppanyaki in Japan... we had such a great meal 3 yrs ago and can't wait to back in a few weeks!

We love it. Not super elegant or anything, but simple good Chinese food. The service is always great. We eat here every trip.

We ate here for the first time last week. We ordered the dinner for two. It came with soup, spring rolls, dim sum, two entrees and ice cream.

I loved the hot and sour soup. For entrees we ordered sweet & sour pork and the honey sesame chicken, both were wonderful.

We enjoyed it here so much, we changed one of our ADRs for December so we can go back with our whole family.

Our motto is try something once yourself, everyones palette is different.

Bon Appetite!

We have eaten there 4 or 5 times and love it. The food was good and the service was great.

We will be trying it for the first time in November! :thumbsup2

We loved it. The honey sesame chicken is soooo good (not sure how it could be salty considering it's covered in a honey based sauce  ).
My mom had a shrimp dish that isn't on the online menus, very good but spicy.

We were sad to hear that it's going to be down for a whole year too :(

It's on our family's must do list every time so we dine there at least twice a year. HAve always had good food and service, also hate to see it close for a year.
