All right guys, still planning out my meal. We really want to eat Asian food one night (no preference really as far as Chinese vs. Japanese). However, while looking at menus at wdwinfo.com, I didnt really see anything for Tempura Kiki and Teppanyaki.

So, for your guys who have been to any, or all of these resturants, which are the best? Best food, best atmosphere, etc?

Thanks, any feedback is welcome and will most certainly help in making our ADR's.

I have been to the nine dragons and the Teppanyaki room. Nine Dragons was just ok, but nothing special. The Teppanyaki was alot of fun & I really enjoyed it. I went with my 11 year old son who is a finicky eater. He just ordered orange soda, and I ordered a meal. They brought him about 6 refills and only charged me for 1. I got him french fries when we left, but he loved the show. Also go for lunch. You get the same food for alot less . It's all about the show. We had a great time. :sunny:

Tempura Kiki :thumbsup2 We didn't think much of Nine Dragons and if you've been to Benihana's you've been to Teppanaki's.

When we went to Teppanyaki we were seated with another group of people that were loud and totally rude - needless to say, I don't think we'll return. I know that it is the luck of the draw with tablemates, but this was a horrible experience. They were constantly calling to folks at another table, and running back and forth. I could not wait to leave. We knew going into the restaurant that we would eat with others, and that wasn't an issue. But these folks were borderline "out of control." The restaurant was crowded and there were no other tables available, so we thought that we should be patient and give it a chance - maybe it wouldn't be that bad. So, we stayed and their behavior became worse than better. I don't mean to be a fuddy-duddy, but I don't want to go thru that again.

Madhatter hit it right on the head. If you have your own group, you will love Tepp - if you get a bad draw of tablemates - oops.

Food is Benihana's - no better, no worse.
