Nine Dragons Family Dinner Set

Looking at the menus on AllEars.net and was wondering if anyone knows if the Family Dinner Set that they offer at Nine Dragons is covered by the dining plan. If it is, how does that work? We have two kids, ages 9 and 6 -- would they get the dinner set too or would they have to order off the kids menu? This is appealing to me because you can get soup with your meal that way. Am I correct in assuming that every adult the table has to order the family dinner set, or can just everyone on your particular bill order it? (We will have three sets of people at one table) Is the meal served family style? TIA
