Nikon S8200 or the Canon SX230?

Anyone have any experience with these cameras? These are the ones I've narrowed it down to & now I'm having a hard time deciding. Any positives or negatives of one over the other?

I have had the SX230 HS since October and have not regretted my choice. It is a handy pocket camera loaded with many features. I like to shoot HD video with stereo sound, and this camera does a great job. Lately I have been shooting indoors and the AUTO setting does a great job. I occasionaly use the GPS function to record where I have been and it is fun to play with. It also logs the route I take and I can observe it on Google Earth. Don't leave feature on overnight as the log function is on even with camera off, running down the battery overnight.

We took the canon sx230 on our disney dream cruise last year...I Highly recommend this camera for clearity of pictures, size of camera, functions available on the camera--and the price has come down alot since I got it
