Nighttime shows

Just wondering if it is possible to see Fantasmic and WOC on the same night? It looks like we can see WOC at 9:00, and F! At 10:30. We are 2 adults, who can travel pretty quickly. Any thoughts or tricks?

Yes, it's possible. Is it advisable? That depends on you.

There are a few complications. WOC is just under half an hour, so it's pretty much 9:30 when you're done. Then you have this mass exodus from DCA, and it doesn't move too fast. Then you have a line to get into DLP (because a bunch of others are heading over at the same time). And, the fireworks are often at 9:30. They might be close to being done (they're about 20 minutes long) by the time you get to that point, but what it means is that you have a huge crowd of people on Main Street, which is going to make things slow going. Still, you should be able to get the Fantasmic! on time.

But, you're not going to be early, and that means you'll likely be in the back of the section. So you're going to at least somewhat compromise your Fantasmic! experience in order to see WOC. That's the trade off, I think.

If you have more than one night, I wouldn't try to do them both in one night. If you've seen one or both before (or plan to return to DLR anytime soon), I wouldn't do them both.

Yes, it's doable. I would recommend having a dining package FP for F! (maybe HB for time flexibility?) so that you won't have to rely on waiting and chance for a good viewing spot after WOC. Even in you are in the back of the reserved dining package section for F!, you'll still have a very decent view of the show compared to what you might end up with in standby.
When WOC was on its long hiatus, we did PTN!, fireworks, and F! in one night and got viewing right up at the rail (with minimal wait) for the F! second show, thanks to dining package FPs. So I would recommend those strongly.
