Nightmare Before Christmas at Haunted Mansion - dates? August?

I just learned that DLR Tokyo has the Nightmare Before Christmas overlay in place from mid-Sept until January. We'd like to see it in the normal state. Would we be safe to visit in August?

This year, it says it's down from August 10 to September 13. This transition seems a bit longer than previous years but September 15 is when the Halloween event officially starts and when it's supposed to have the Nightmare before Christmas version.
