A few questions for you all. My girls always sleep with a night light...is there a place in the room with a regular plug we can use? We have a Veranda so if we leave the curtains open will that provide enough light to see at night?

We are bringing our Graco duoglide double stroller (not side by side)...as we are flying and then going to MK for a day prior to the cruise. Obviously we aren't going to be strolling them around the ship ..they are 4.5 and 3 years old but is there a good place to store this in the closed up position? We are in a cat 6.

Now...my mother is also going along and we have connecting Cat 6's and want to leave the door open to make it like one big room...do we need a bungee cord for this or will the room steward be able to take care of this for us?
Thanks,

Last time I had connecting rooms and the steward gave us some sticks to put in the doors. You just have to ask them.

In our Cat 8 portal room there were regular plugs across from the couch next to the TV. You could also leave a bathroom door ajar with the light on, or leave the closet slightly open (it has a light that goes on when the door is slid open). However, we found that if the ship rocks, the closet doors may slide.

We have the same stroller, we folded it up, removed the trays, and put it in the closet. It fit well and still provided enough room to hang some kids clothes above it.

We also had connecting rooms with my wife's parents. Just open the door and turn the dead-bolts so that they extend outward. This way the doors won't shut. Our cabin host actually did this for us when he set up the rooms. He also provided us with rubber door stops to keep the doors propped open.

if you dont want to have to do a standard night light you can get one of those "pop it lights" this can be set on the nightstand and double as a flashlight for someone needing to manuver to the bathroom at night.
