night out for DBF and I- something special and new...

we are going to WDW June 29-July 6. July 1, my DD13 and DD18 have reservations at Crystal Palace. Thought it would be night for the DBF and I to have a night out alone. Suggestions? Maybe I bite the bullet and book California Grill. Neither one of us has eaten there.
