Night Of Joy-affect crowds?

I have read somewhere that this is a concert happening on Sept.9 and 10.Will the parks close early? I am trying to decide which parks to go to on each day and do not have park hopping.I don't want to plan that day and get there and it be really crowded.Any info I can get would be greatly appreciated.Thanks!
