Night life With out Kids

We are staying outside of Disney at Emerald Island and we would like to take a cab and go somewhere fun! Since Pleasure Island has closed, is there anything like that in the area that adults can go and have a few beers and dance?

I feel your pain! LOL! We are renting a large house with some friends and one of the adults offered to watch all the kids so the rest of us can go out....yes...I know how fortunate that is!!

We have plans to leave all 6 kids with the men and do a girls night out! Maybe the Boardwalk???

I agree with the Boardwalk! I love that area, plus I feel pretty safe there. I've never been to the dance place there, but it's over 21 only, so no kids! I love the entertainment around there, and you can get a beer and stroll around.

Citywalk over at Universal is the most "pleasure island"-esque option available right now. they have several clubs there and it is a LOT of fun.

Bonus: If you are already planning a Universal trip with the kids, Many Universal park tickets include Admission to the Citywalk clubs, so you wouldn't need to pay any extra to go club hopping.
