Night before ??

I know I am planning a little to far in advance, but this is an obsession of mine........planning too much

We are sailing April 9, 2005.

My dd's will not be able to get out of school until noon on April 8...they will be taking SAT tests and they really shouldn't miss those.

My question is.....where should I stay the night before. We will leave around noon and pull into Port Canaveral area around midnight.

Should we get a room? Sleep in the van at the Radisson, where my parents will be because they will be arriving earlier than us.

Or, get a King suite at the Radisoon and wake my parents up when we arrive!?

I checked out Dave's sight that shows the Publix, Target & Winn Dixie just a short drive from the Port. I was wondering if there were any hotels around that area?

I know, relax, I have a long time to plan. But, I CAN'T

Wake your parents up.... it's vacation. They can sleep when you are done..... Have fun!

I sure wouldn't sleep in the van.. yikes what if a creep came along.. not a nice way to start a magical trip, wake your parents up. Tell them to get a king suite and then just crash, or you can go on priceling and look for merit island, cocoa and cocoa beach and get your own room, we booked a great room on cocoa beach for only 34.00
