I want to get ears for a friend of mine who I've called "Spanky" practically since I met her. Sometimes I even blank on her real name. I'm thinking, though, they won't let me do "Spanky"...

Yea, no they won't print Spanky. We were next to a couple who were trying to get their very young daughter's nickname on ears and they were quite upset that they wouldn't do it. When he asked the CM "What if that is her legal name", they told him they would need to see a copy of her birth certificate...didn't make the DD too happy but they got their point across.
