Nick Hotel

We will be spending one night here in May for my DD's birthday before going on the Disney Cruise. Has anyone stayed recently adn share any info on the hotel and amenities? How late is the pool open? What the selection like at the food court? What kind of activities do they have for the kids? Any other tips?
