We stayed at the Nick Hotel from July 1st-8th. It was very clean, and the staff were all very friendly. We asked about a goodie bag at check in and they gave the kids a bag with a coupon code for 20% off of nick movies, 2 Lollipops, 2 Tokens, and 2 Samples of Spongebob Colgate toothpaste. We ate at the Buffet for Dinner and breakfast, And thought the food was terrible. WE paid 70.00 for 3 kids, 2 adults for the Character breakfast, and Spongebob, Dora, Cosmo and Wanda were there. It was cute, but, this was the only way to see the characters! I thought they would be walking around the mall area or around the hotel once in a while. During our week stay, we only saw them inside the Nicktoons cafe where you had to PAY to see them for Breakfast. I thought this was sort of misleading.......
They have clean towels at the pools, no need to take your own! \
The only problem that i had was that on the first night, Housekeeping forgot to come to our room! We called, and then went to the arcade, came back 2 hours later and the beds were made. But, our King bed was dirty! There were little brown pieces of something in the sheets! we had to sleep ontop of the quilt, there werent any extra sheets or blankets in the room.
The arcade is just like Chuck e cheese. You play and win Tickets for prizes. Most of the games take 2 tokens.
The parking was bad at this hotel. The lots were always full, and, alot of nights we had to park 3 buildings away from our building. It was a long walk. They should have Numbered/assigned parking for their guests. Other than that, the kids really enjoyed the pools here! Everyday at the parks, they would always say "ARE WE GOING BACK TO THE HOTEL NOW??" They enjoyed this hotel more than the parks! I would stay here again, but, next time, it will be Off Season!

:cool1:I bumped into this post and since I JUST got back today from the Nick Hotel I figured I would share a little tip for you. The characters are only in the hotel during check-in and the Character breakfasts. The breakfast IS horrible, but if you book in September the Character Breakfasts are FREE! The other food from Pizza Hut is great though. That saves alot if you are a large family (Aprox. $55 a day!). The Nick Jr. hotel blows Disneys value resorts away, and there is that great little mini water park. We were checking in and had to wait an hour for our room to be ready. In that hour Blue came and took a nap on our lap for photos :dog: and Cosmo also came in to say hello. There is a computer there to use (you have to pay of course, but how cool is that?) and night entertainment for the kiddies! Totally worth it, the only downfall was that there is only one bus coming and going for Seaworld (got stuck there all day and we wanted to go home) and three for Disney. A huge hassle if you are used to coming and going with all the busses at Disney. Anyway, I thought Nick Hotel was so much better. A stove, toaster oven and fridge in your room? :cheer2: Mkaes up for not seeing the Characters everywhere, but thats why there are those big Nick Character statues! :wave2:
