I like
Wyndham Bonnet Creek, offsite but right next door to Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. Nice pools (floating river, slide, hot tubs, poolside bar/grill), lovely rooms, all buildings surround a small lake with walkpath, free shuttle to Disney parks and Downtown Disney, and excellent location.
Sheraton Vistana Villages is ~10 min away, lovely waterfall, zero-entry pool area with amenities and pretty grounds for walking, romantic imho.
Hilton Grand Vacations Club -
HGVC on International Dr. is similar to SVV and located near it, also quite beautiful.
Marriott Cypress Harbour has tons of activities and poolside/lakeside amenities with mature landscaping and they've recently refurbished the rooms. Not as new as these others so the pools are not quite as fancy but it's an excellent resort.
These are all rather upscale timeshare resorts with a terrific resorty-vacation feel to them, great for couples, groups and families. You may find rentals from owners or directly from the resort's management company, either nightly or weekly. Weekly rentals do not include daily housekeeping service but they're generally much less expensive per night than nightly rentals. If you rent from a company, make sure that you're not required to sit through a sales presentation to get a promo rate - they're generally high pressure and hassled. Rentals from a timeshare owner do not require you to attend a sales pitch.
