...if you don't want to go to the deck party? If you don't care about getting a perfect view, but just want to see some fireworks without excessive crowds and noise?

We liked the area port side, around Currents. It's behind the funnel the stage is on and doesn't usually have a lot of people there.

Can kids go there, too?
I'd say yes, as I saw kids there.

It's not really at the Currents bar, it's one deck lower. This view is from where we were standing at the rail looking forward and up at the bar:

Does anyone know if you can see the fireworks from the promenade deck?

Deck 4

They lower lights and pipe music in

No crowds. Great view peaceful
That's just what I was hoping. I have sensitive ears and didn't want to have to view them from the upper decks. Thank you!

Last cruise we watched them from the deck outside that serves Palo and Meridian. It was great.

If you have a starboard balcony cabin, it's a great place to view them. (Yes, you may get a letter slid under your door saying don't be out there during the fireworks, but a lot of people do it anyway.)

You can see them from the jogging deck, starboard. The last 2 cruises I specifically booked starboard aft cabin to watch the fireworks from our room as I don't like to be on up top during pirate night. Great view, very relaxing.
