Tonight is the ceremony for American Humane's 2023 Hero Dog Awards (it'll be televised Thanksgiving weekend). Here's a link to the nominees. And here's a link to the winner.

And here's a story where all the dogs and their owners are heroes -- a gentleman turning 100 wanted to pet dogs for his birthday. More than 200 lined up to be petted!

Disney's new movie Wish comes out next week. Along the theme of wishes, Aulani Resort recently celebrated the first Wish Week for Make-A-Wish kids, and earlier this year, Disney and Make-A-Wish celebrated the granting of 150,000 wishes together over the years!
