Nice hotel for couple for one night

Flying into MCO and headed to Food and Wine at Epcot. Looking for a nice hotel for the first night near EPCOT. Not interested in pools but somewhere fairly quiet and relaxing with a good restaurant nearby. We go to the Dolphin following night one but it is sold out for our first night. Thanks.

Hyatt grand cypress would be a good choice. Or there is the Hilton bonnet creek and the Waldorf Astoria which are both on Disney property.
