We plan on spending one day at a mississippi casino on our way back home after disney world in dec. Can anyone recommend a nice hotel possibly a casino hotel? My only preference: it has to be right on the beach and nice. The only one that I have heard about is Beau Rivage. thanks

Biloxi? I have heard good things about the Grand but have never been. I do know that they have an awesome Cirque Show at Beau-Rivage.

I've stayed at the Grand Casino in Biloxi many times, it is very nice with a LARGE casino. But, on our next trip we will be staying at the Beau Rivage. I have many friends who go there quite often and they rave about how beautiful it is.

I'll check out the Grand on the website. Do the rooms face the gulf?
I didn't know the Beau Rivage had a cirque show. That's also worth checking into. Thanks

If the Grand's hotel is as nice as their casino that would be the place I would pick to stay at. It is right on the beach. From our experience the Grand seemed to have the best payout on the slot machines.

Their sit down restaurant upstairs had the best grits I have ever had in my entire life!!! I would go back there just for the grits. But, it has been 7 years since I ate them. They might have changed a little since then. Sorry for going on about the grits.

I just returned from the Beau Rivage...absolutelty a top notch Hotel!
Cirque was there 2 years ago,but moved on. The current show is "Fosse" and every weekend there is musical singer or other stars-Micheal Bolton and Kenny Logins are up coming.

I checked both of them out on the web..
The Beau Rivage looks beautiful!! I'm leaning towards that one right now.

I have not stayed at them, but a lot of people from here make weekend trips there. Hands down I'd say Beau Rivage.

The Beau is the nicest followed by the Grand. Fosse is leaving today, but something else is starting. Some kind of ice show I think. Can't remember. Check out their website:

I make the pilgrimage regularly to see the shows. Both the Grand and the Beau have great entertainers.

Good luck on the slots,

Thanks for all suggestions. I tried to book the Beau Rivage for 12/21 to 12/22 and it said not available but if i plug in 12/20 thru 12/22 it goes thru. I think they are trying to book two days first before a one day on a weekend. I'm going to wait until the time is closer to see if it will go thru. I only need the one day.
