Still the biggest bargain in professional sports. I paid $30 for nose-bleed seats the first season they were in the league (1993), and paid about that for the same seats last season. What's new this season? Free parking;

Then again, I think the Rangers in general played better on the road rather than at home for basically the past 50 years.

No Olympic send-off. No All-Star game. No nothing. The NHL has cancelled nearly everything in Feb 2026 to allow for the Winter Olympics.

That's ridiculous. People care about watching their national teams not all star games in any sport. NHL/International Hockey is going to adopt the FIFA type of international breaks in the future anyway. After the 2028 Olympics, more spots with professional leagues will do the same. International sports is where money and viewership is headed.

The Bruins started off strong winning the first three games! Then, fell flat and lost 5 straight!!! I missed last night s game vs the Panthers, and Marchands first return back to Boston since his trade. I did see the recap of the ceremony they made for him, and may have got a little teary seeing him get emotional. When he finally hangs up the skates, he'll resign with the Bruins for a day, to then retire as a Bruin.

No problem with that, love the Olympic break. Haven't paid attention to the all-star game in years.
