Anyone from NH ---- Raymond, NH area. What is the daily newspaper for that town?

Go on YAHOO or GOOGLE and type in Newspaper for Raymond, NH.

Try to locate the COUNTY that Raymond is in and Google that as well.

I generally have good luck just typing in for ex.: Newspapers for RAYMOND, NH....try that....

Hope that helps. :goodvibes

I tried googling before I posted...and came up with weekly type newspapers. I was hoping to get someone more local that could lead me in a better direction.

Anyone awake still in NH?

The carriage towne news is the only one I can remember---I used to live just outside of Plaistow--And this paper covered a lot of towns--hope it helps!

Sorry its carriage town--no e--sorry---also I should say when we lived there we mainly read the Lawrence Eagle Tribune---but Salem Nh isn't to far off you can try the Salem Observer also

Sorry again figured I'd try to give some towns around Raymond to help you out-----Newton-Newton Jct-Plaistow-Hampton-Salem-Sandown-Epping-Derry

the Carriage Town is a weekly I think. I'm not too far from Raymond, but my daily paper doesn't have any Raymond news.

LOL, seeeeeeeee, there is no easy answer.

I found this list of newspapers. http://www.nh.gov/nhnews/index.html

In the Rockingham County section, the Portsmouth Herald appears to be like the ONLY DAILY newspaper listed that might be my answer. Nothing closer, huh?

Raymond is closer to Manchester than it is to Portsmouth. Try The Manchester Union Leader? The Concord Monitor covers my area, we don't see muchon Raymond....

Heather (monarchsfan16 on the DIS) is from Raymond...perhaps she can help you?

Good luck! There's nothing really for a daily paper for that (this) particular area. I live in a town right next to Raymond. What are you looking for specifically? As others have said, the Manchester Union Leader, Portsmouth Herald, Salem News, Concord Monitor are all dailies that cover various areas and all would likely run news from Raymond.

You could also check out the online versions of all these papers to see which one is most likely to fit your needs.

And .... there's The Forum. It's an online paper run by volunteers that does print editions 4x / year. It's low budget, funded by a grant, but the volunteers do a nice job. www.forumhome.org

Thank you very much!!! I have been looking online for info regarding a car accident. I know if might not have been covered at all, but I figured if I could find the newspaper online first, I would have a better chance of finding an article if it existed.

I'll check out the latest suggestions.

Was the accident in Raymond?

Actually I'm from Auburn, but it's only a couple towns from Raymond :)

The only daily paper in the area is the Union Leader. The Union Leader is the state paper (with a focus on the Manchester area) so it's your best bet. Accidents generally will make the paper somehow (though not usually online) because there's not a ton of huge news. Possibly Foster's Daily Democrat, but I feel like that's more of a seacoast thing than Raymond. Everything else is weekly. The Derry News might cover Raymond. Or the (guessing here on the name) Londonderry Times.
Your other option would be to look at thewmurchannel.com That's our local tv station

You might try pming soccercruiser87. He's from Raymond.

There's the Foster Democrat too, don't know if it will cover that area or not. Did you try the local TV station? That's WMUR.com
They have an archive section depending on the date.

Mybe if you share the accident info someone here may be able to help. I have all of last weeks Concord Monitors.
