Next year's celebration?

I know the "Happiest Celebration on Earth" is on its way out and "The Year of a Million Dreams"(?) is on its way in. Is that right? What will this entail? I know Cinderellabration is leaving. What, if anything, is coming in? What will be special about it?
Also, will Soarin' stay?
