Next Year Vacation

Hi,
I was wondering how do alot of you make reservations for next year????I try to and they told me that i couldn't make them yet......I notice that some people have on there countdown for next year or more, how do you book your vacation so far in advance???? I try to do this through AAA , i can't remember what the reason was but they said i couldn't......

I have always been able to make reservations longer than a year in advance but was always told they couldn't guarantee the rate.

I just made my reservations for the end of May 2005. They can't guarantee a room rate, but you make a deposit based on this years rates.
