Next week (week after xmas), coming and going from park

It's been several years since we've gone to wdw, and never at xmas. Is there any reason why I should be concerned about coming and going (and being let back into) the same park I visited earlier in the day? I was thinking I'd try and convince my teenagers to rope drop and then leave in the afternoon to go back to the resort for a few hours, then go back to the parks in the evening for our dinner reservations. Any reason why I wouldn't be let back in? Park reaching capacity?? We'd always be going back to the same park and we'd have dinner reservations at a ts restaurant. Thanks in advance!

If you have a park reservation for that park, you would be guaranteed readmission to that park later in that day as they are basing capacity and closing for capacity off of park reservations. There also is no park hopping until after New Years so there isn’t even the risk of people hopping into a park and raising the capacity.
