Filled to capacity? If we park-hop and don't get there until 1:30ish in the afternoon, could we possibly be denied access?

I'd hate for that to happen and then have our CC charged.

I doubt it would hit stage 4. Are you driving? Are you staying onsite? These could make differences in what happens. If you are driving and they hit stage 1, they close the parking lot. Thus, you won't be let in. DHS HAS hit stage closings in the past.
