Next DVC Resort at Disney World

The “Ever After” DVC resort..where you can have your remains laid to rest on Mouse property . The point chart is complex, based on size (casket or urn), location, and details such as flowers, granite buffing, etc.
Cost will probably be in the $300/point range and you will have to create and fund a trust to cover maintenance fees for the next 100 years.
But it will be a must do add-on for true DVCers.....:rolleyes1

What happens to the occupants after the 100 year lease is up? Contract extension offered, or do they tear it down and build a new poltergeist themed DVC property?

Your heirs are then contacted to price out a new contract.... if not renegotiated they exhume you and mail you to your next living kin....

Nah, at that point your immediate descendants have passed and your remains are removed and disposed of so as to make room for the next occupant of that space...

Do you think they're going to put a "999 happy ghost" limit on this resort?

No, there's always room for one more.Final arrangements can be made at the end of the tour of the property :P

I'm going to buy a fixed week deed in the dead center of the property. It'll cost a bit extra since it'll be categorized as a premium view.

Well, we are about to see Westworld come alive in Star Wars hotel.
Keeping with the eternity theme, what about a San Junipero type DVC? Maybe in 40 years?
