Hi Ladies! I'm a most-time lurker but wanted to share with you the newsletter I sent out to our guests. I was very impressed with how they turned out. We were asked numerous time if we had them professionally done! I did print them at work - so I was able to print them as an actual "pamphlet" on tabloid paper. I used Microsoft Publisher and it was a breeze!

Wow! Your newletter is awesome! Do they sell Microsoft Publisher at any office supply store (staples, office max, etc.) I'd really love to do something similar! BTW, I'm from Chicagoland too (SW suburb to be exact)!!! It's nice to meet another chicago dis-bride!! Congratulations again!

Those look great! I was wondering when you are/were planning to send those out? Those sound like good alternatives to a website (for the internet illiterate people in my familia.) Also, are you going to do follow-up newsletters? Sorry if I'm asking too many questions.

Yeah! Another IL gal - I'm in the SW burbs too! When is your wedding?

Thanks for the compliments! Yes, you can get Publisher at just about any store that sells computer programs - if not, I know you can order it from Microsoft as well. It's a great program and really walks you through the building process - I had more problems getting the 4 pages to print like a newsletter on ledger paper!

Thanks for the info! I might have to invest in Publisher! I think I'd get a lot of use out of it! Our wedding isn't until April 2010 (hoping for the 19th). We just got engaged in Disney this past April!
