Does anyone have examples of newletters or something along those lines? Our guests need some guidance and we don't know how much detail to go into without overwhelming them (like they are doing to us!) thanks so much!

We sent out a newsletter to our guests about 6 months before. If you pm me with your email I will send you a pdf of ours. We got a good response from it, I found the more info I put in for them, the less phone calls and questions I got. I know what you are going through!

we just sent out our first newsletter which is a sample itiniary of our events as alot of our guests werent sure of ours plans & wanted more details. we are also sending a second & third newsletter the 2nd one is about the themeparks, attractions/rides & our fav restaurants with pictures and the 3rd newsletter is a general question & answer about events, airfare phone numbers & cost, medical fyi, what to pack, magical express, etc. the third newsletter would probably be some help to you as it isnt overly personalized but gives tons of needed info. pm me your email & i'll send it later tonight.

i saw your other post about being overwhelmed with wedding guests & music, i hope it all comes together soon :wizard: & best wishes on the big day!

I have 3 newsletters. The first (one year out) was an explination of the wedding itself, where we're having it with a picture, a brief please join us, a write up on our 2 suggested hotels with pictures, suggested dates to go, explination of my way tickets, and contact info for both of us. The second (9 months out) had TONS, magical express, money saving tips (like sharing a double cheese burger and getting a second bun for 80 cents), general climate info, time saving tips (like fast pass), priority seating, cheap and free things you can do (going to the campfire at fort wilderness), also I had kids activities (babysitting info, pirate cruise, tea, etc...), and I did a page on Christmas activites (since we'll be there in December). The third (2-3 months out) will have a list of closed attractions, park hours, who's going and where they're staying, suggested packing list, and weather info reminding them that it can get cold at night so bring coats. PM me if you want any of this info I'd be more than happy to send it. Hope this helps you.
Melissa
