They should have eliminated the buses for a property wide rail system 20 years ago...

Lets not BS here...

But as far as "dedicated buses"...back in my days - they did a multi year study on buses when the GPS system was installed..and what they found was that the bus allocation can be tied directly to the number of rooms serviced to a high degree of success.

What's they mean? It means that need is highly predictable to the size of the hotels. That makes complete sense given That its a captive audience with limited choices.

So yacht, beach, boardwalk, wilderness lodge, poly, grand Floridian are always going to be candidates for grouping because they just don't have the raw number of rooms.

You want a separate bus for $550 a night?

I mean...it doesn't grow on trees or anything...though I bet that's what imagineering is working on INSTEAD of putting some hussle into this MGM plans ;)

Yeah I don't have a problem with "sister" resorts sharing, i.e Yacht and Beach sharing, Swan and Dolphin sharing a separate bus, since they are right next door to each other and it kind of makes sense just to share. But for a decent while the Wilderness Lodge was sharing with the Grand Floridian and it just didn't make much sense. I never really minded the sharing at Port Orleans cause at night it would always be a separate bus, not the same for the deluxe results in my experience. They always share

That's pretty cool. I wish they would do a serious refurbishment of both US Tomorrowlands. They always pale in comparison to other TL's around the world.

Also, it looks like Shanghai's Buzz is going to be very different.
I'd take just the update to buzz alone. MK buzz is in such great need of a refurb it's almost worse than pirates was.

I know this may sound bad, but I sometimes take cabs to Magic Kingdom / Animal Kingdom from the Boardwalk. It is only $20. More so, the Animal Kingdom.

We do the same thing. Sometimes we take a bus back to the resort but never after the fireworks shows at MK or Epcot.
