“Disney is loading up to three groups into the ride vehicle as long as there are less than six people per party and spacing groups out with one car in between. For groups of more than six people, Cast Members will load the large party into a few cars in the vehicle and then load one more party with an empty car in between the groups.”

When i was on the phone with DVC this morning the CM said that there are a lot of cancelations coming down lately from both Canada and Europe for summer trips. ESP since Disney changed the Cancellation policy

Am I reading this wrong or not understand what they mean? The way it's written sounds like they are putting up to 6 people in one ride vehicle, and that they are combining groups to do so. Or do they mean one "train" of connected ride vehicles and that they are putting a group up to 6 people in one vehicle, leaving an empty one and then putting more in etc, but if you have a group larger than 6 you'll not have the one vehicle between you?

I've ridden this solo tons of times and while I don't mind filling in spaces on other stuff, there's no way I'm sharing my ride vehicle on the peoplemover with anyone but my party. So I really hope it's just poorly written.

They definitely wouldn't be sharing actual cars (2 bench seats) - I believe they mean the full set of cars on the train.

I hope so but I would consider them "trains" since I've seen two or 5 or more.

Well, the requirement that at least one person pay with DVC points knocks us out. I wouldn't want to spend that many points on a Disney cruise!
