I see that the requirement for a CM to get paid is to be fully vaccinated by September 30, 2021.

I think that's further evidence that they are hoping to do some fairly serious relaxation of restrictions on October 1.

Just wanted to quickly chime in that it actually takes a few weeks for the body to create immunity once vaccinated. I think full potential immunity from the currently approved COVID vaccines is reached in ~2 weeks (in the average person). However, I agree that they are hoping to be as "normal" as possible come October.

Well it was running empty on Thursday in the MK before I saw the news so I was all excited only to be deflated by lunch.
