It sounds soooo fun and useful, but I’ll end up sticking with the magic band.

best part is adding it to the wallet! Game changer!

Especially since every resort stay since they rolled out Bluetooth opening the doors (and I’d say at least 10 from Jan 2020 to just last night) the Bluetooth never works. So half the time (if I forget to connect my MB because I’m a lazy AP) I end up at the front desk anyways. Yes yes. I’ve updated. Wifid and data’d, power on and off, trouble shooted with both a POP manager and beach club cast member.

Glad this is a function available outside of the app!

I agree, I’ll probably still use my MB. I tried opening the door twice with the app and it never worked for me!! Hopefully this will work better!!!!!

Disney is generally obsessed with Bluetooth.

the new Disney Magic mobile lets you add it to your wallet on your iPhone. That doesn’t require Bluetooth. opening the rooms does require Bluetooth.

But yes. This popup comes up every single time I open the app. My Bluetooth stays off unless I’m at the resort. But it’s useless *for me* since no matter what I allow it won’t work.
