Right! This headline is exciting, but misleading. Guidelines are that individual groups of fully vaccinated people can gather PRIVATELY indoors and maskless. Guidance remains the same for use of masks in public spaces and I wouldn't expect any changes there until, possibly, 2022.

Absolutely. This changes nothing for Disney or any other organizations for that matter, but it is moving things forward, even if a little bit. I like to see that as a hopeful sign that better days are coming.
