The thing is, this is like an After Hours event and if they do get to a point there they are bringing back fireworks, they could be running them BEFORE the event (keep in mind an event ticket still gets you in as 7 PM). If they have 50th fireworks, that could be what is running. Now, that's all a huge IF, but not impossible.

Yeah, that's a problem. It may depend, but I could see it happening with desirable items. I remember wanting an MNSSHP apple something or other, and I couldn't get one because they were out of the special Poison Apple containers. The thing is, I really wanted the treat anyway but they jsut didn't sell it without the container.

I deleted it. After fully reading it, I realized it was just speculation based on the information provided by the Halloween party. It was not an announcement or anything declared by Disney. It is posted on Blog Mickey if you are still interested in reading it!

Right, but it’s only May. A lot can change by then, you never know. I’d rather delete and avoid any mask conversation, if not necessary.

EPCOT to Reduce Park Hours Starting Mid-July

Based on the fact that there are no fireworks for the Boo Bash all the way through October 31st, I would say it's not happening until at least November 1 or later.

I deleted it. After fully reading it, I realized it was just speculation based on the information provided by the Halloween party. It was not an announcement or anything declared by Disney. It is posted on Blog Mickey if you are still interested in reading it!

Its a pretty confirmed speculation though. Disney isn't going to have the day guest maskless and require the party folks to wear them. It's safe to say masks are here until at least through then.

I find it strange that they are reducing hours as they are going into the busiest travel times of the year. Add to that with the possible "increases" in capacity, and the opening of more hotels and cast member call backs just doesnt add up my 2 pennies

Sure but for what the party will cost I feel like they'd add those there too if they could. I still feel like its a pretty strong confirmation we wont seem them until after that date at the earliest. They don't need to add them right now everything sold out anyway

They're also not likely to announce fireworks for any special event until they are announced as back for regular park hours.

It depends on the price. After Hours and Villains After Hours did not have fireworks, but they did run HEA beforehand and event attendees could be in park to see them. I think this is positioned to be more like those (without stage shows). The fireworks, if they do run, will likely not be Halloween themed.

As I mentioned, I’d rather avoid the topic, that’s why I deleted it. We were warned about it once. I enjoy this board very much and I’d be so sad if they closed it. There are plenty of other threads where that topic can be discussed in the meantime.
