No specific time was given... here’s what was said:

The #HalfwaytoHalloween fun begins tomorrow morning, May 7! Throughout the day, we’ll be sharing nothing but treats including a special announcement as well as a few “shriek peeks” and some dreadfully delicious dishes. Also, we’re digging up a “mummy approved” Disney+ playlist, not-so-spooky planDisney tips, frightfully favorite Halloween wallpapers and much more.

They have been talking this up on the blogs! They seem certain capacity will be raised. I already have my alarm set! I think we should have another viewing party!!!!! This time, I’ll create a viewing party thread that morning, so we don’t take up too much space here

Just wanted to let you guys know I practiced my routine all week, and boy did I have ‘the time of my life.’

Getting dizzy but worth it for the news Gods...

It’s really starting to frustrate me they won’t add more for Oct 1. It’s really frustrating that I wasn’t even allowed to book for those dates before they sold out because my renewal dates weren’t up yet. I just have to be there that day so badly.

I'm in the same boat, it is frustrating, my renewal date is in September so not sure what my options would be, except maybe to purchase tickets and hope they add capacity? I'm not even sure I can swing it but had planned on it pre pandemic and still trying to make it happen...

I'm in the same boat, it is frustrating, my renewal date is in September so not sure what my options would be, except maybe to purchase tickets and hope they add capacity? I'm not even sure I can swing it but had planned on it pre pandemic and still trying to make it happen...

I was in the same boat. I ended up buying one day tickets just for oct 1 so I could make park passes. It's unfortunate that there aren't any left for you guys

That was smart, unlike me! I thought I had made peace with the fact that I wasn't going, and now I have discovered that I have not made peace with it! So, I started thinking about at least making some kind of placeholder reservations and then seeing if it works out but I hadn't really thought through the restrictions and such. Booooo! Not to mention, my AP expired *September 26th*! I've been trying to look up on the website but I can't find the info about when I'm eligible to renew...

I tried the "making peace with it route" it didn't work! I told my wife I had to be there, so we made a placeholder hotel reservation and a one day park ticket. Later converting it to a dvc stay and our APs

Disney After Hours BOO BASH Coming to Magic Kingdom in 2021

“Disney After Hours BOO BASH” will take place on select nights, Aug. 10 – Oct. 31, from 9 p.m. to midnight*. Spooky festivities will include Halloween-themed cavalcades, character sightings throughout the park, special performances by the Cadaver Dans, décor, lighting, music, treat stops with plenty of candy and so much more!
