Holy Cow!!! This looks awesome!!!!!!!!
Extending hours is a GOOD thing. Another step back to normal.
I get the feeling (anecdotally) that more people (not all, obviously) are feeling ready to go back now .. despite the reduction in hours and experiences. Cases are plummeting, no outbreaks associated with any of the parks after 2-3 months.
I know two families that are going in October and November despite the reductions. The first family have been many times and had a trip planned pre-Covid, so they don't really care about reduced experiences as they've done it all and will do it again. The second family (my sister-in-law) have only gone once before, so this is a big family trip for them ..though they are doing it a bit differently (by camping in their new camper at Fort Wilderness). Both are excited to go.
Heck the "low crowds" and "low waits" are probably more of a selling point (to those of us that monitor these things) than any discounts or commercials. I wonder if a lot of "wait and see" families may decide to keep their pre-covid planned trips for Oct - Dec and/or a lot of people may plan a last minute trip?
The waltzing scene is amazing as well.Transformation scene in new BatB attraction at TDL looks pretty impressive
Just wanted to add that on Saturday September 12th it was raining all day long. The shortest wait in DHS was for Muppets and it was 35 minutes. MMRR reached 120 at one point. MFSR line started in Toy Story Land. TOT and RNRC Were both over 60 minutes and the lines started side by side half way back to "main street"
This just blows all dark rides out of the water for me in terms of physical sets. Its amazing.Full ride POV video of new BatB ride

You do bring up a good point both in your spoiler and non-spoiler.yeah, the only "knock" I might have is it felt like about 4 individual set pieces (which were all amazing) and not a ton in-bewteen to really flesh out the story and give the full experience
(basically nothing with Gaston, the "battle scene" could have been much more substantial, etc.)
but that is nit-picking, what is there is incredible

Y a.. I am planning a "1 day at Disney" trip in November and was planning on DHS (mainly because I went to SWGE a year ago and thus missed the opening of the Railway and Rise of the resistance)So I had not planned on anything disney this year but of course I can't stop myself and we really need a break here. But this always concerns me of course. We know how to make the best of it but I am now gonna plan 2 DHS days just in case. That's always been the problem child park for me, I love it but its just too small. I guess I better research how the star wars stuff works now, huh?
I'm not even going to watch because I'll be annoyed that WDW won't get this and I don't see myself going overseas anytime soon.
