A mistake they are doubling down on now.

How you build Star Wars rides without gravity and velocity is beyond comprehension.

There's a reason why everyone loves the Falcon...because it moves!!

When they were taking down the Sorcerers Hat I convinced myself it was because they were planning to build a Death Star and make it the icon of the park.

I understand the Death Star is (was? I don't know, I don't much care for Star Wars) just floating in space. So it doesn't really make sense having it on the ground, but still...

I wouldn't like that. A giant Death Star seems tacky. I'd much rather have what they are doing currently.

I was more talking about the ride concept...not what it was contained in.

The "meat" of the sandwich...not the bread.

And you can get all the deathstar you want in 13 days...it's the star of the movie.

Projecting it on SE every once in a blue moon is fine. I can totally seem them doing that, and having it shoot a beam at Star Tours, if and when they de-star wars it, "blowing it up".

That's no moon.

Agreed, Epcot doesn't need Star Wars.

I am ok with it as being an special after party thing ... if it was full time I think it would feel differently (not that Iger asked my opinion or anything)

I agree - it's cool as a special event - I don't want it that way every night. However, I don't think we have to worry about it. I do believe they are keeping the Star Wars focus on DHS.

I think it's too early to say if it will have single rider or not.

If it loads even remotely like Soarin there will be no need or availability.

Not really news or rumors but I just came across these looking for a christmas present so I suppose its news to me. Has anyone tried any of these? I'm not even sure if each lobby has there own scent but I'm sure it will bring back memories if they do.
