I feel like this DVC club could have been an opportunity to have another restaurant... open to DVC members only of course. Could be a huge hit. Clearly there are too many DVC members as I can never seem to book a room at one of the 1000 or so choices at WDW. lol
No there is too much foliage in the way to see Pandora with a good view and it's not in viewing of the tree of life. It does have a view of the river though.
I second this. Even though I like Indy better, Dino is an original and its pretty darn good, even though TDO has nerfed the crap out of it over the years. I miss countdown to extinction!
Is that all? A room with some chairs?
I wasn't expecting Club 33, but is that really all they give to DVC Owners? I guess it's a step up from having nothing.
I think it looks great. You underestimate the appeal of a cool, uncrowded place to sit with a cold beverage. Now if us DVC members could only convince them to serve beer/wine - even for a me - I might never leave.
We travel with friends and all the kids were under age 10 on our last trip. We visited AK for the first time on our most recent trip, and fell in love with Dino-Land! All of the kids loved the area- the bright colors, the lights, the carnival games, all of it. The Boneyard was an excellent place for the kids to play while the adults got to relax and enjoy wonderful conversations. We closed down the park in this area and rode Dinosaur 3 times in a row because the kids enjoyed it so much. I understand it's not everybody's favorite theme, but it is a great place for families with young children.
