News Round Up 2016

I'm one of the lemmings who uses the wishes fp. Then again, I've never been told to stand by cms. It is quite nice to be able to sprawl on the ground and get off my tired feet on day 9 of the trip while everyone else is packed in like sardines standing outside the fence.

Poor lemmings always get a bad shake. They weren't really that dumb.

I am, too. Mostly because I'm local, so if I can snag one, it's something to do that I haven't done in a while. I love going at random and seeing what shows/parades/fireworks I can catch last-minute.

Will it also be a Tier 1 selection? I'm not a fan of long queues, but no standby seems unreasonable to me. Perhaps this is how they are dealing with limited space.

Of course, if it's FP+ only, the FP queue will hardly be "fast".
I would imagine tier 1.

Yes three showings a night. I'm assuming that will stay initially but then after the opening rush it will go down to two shows a night.

My concern with them doing 3 shows a night is that it may mean it is a pretty short show...maybe only 10-15 minutes long given the amount of time they're going to need in between to turn over the audience.

I've heard around 22 minutes.

Most people I know love FP for Wishes. Calling them all idiots says more about you then them. I find my way on rides easily without waits and still using FP for Wishes. Saves on stress as well. You can't see the shows the same from every location, certainly not true. Just because you don't like it, certainly doesn't mean it is silly. A great deal of people do like FP for these things.

Without fireworks, there may not be that much in the way of reset labor.
As the days get longer, I expect it would be more difficult to do multiple shows without longer park hours.

Different people have different priorities. Your problem isn't so much that lol thinks they are silly and unnecessary, it's that Disney has decided that they are no longer important. There is so much varied space in the hub now, I suspect you'll still be able to find a great spot.

If anything as a mom I would like Andy's backyard or star wars land to have some sort of playground area. Rides are great but sometimes they need to run and I need to sit. All the other parks have something but with "Honey I shrunk the kids" gone, I hope that's in the plan.

Rumor is that they will take Honey I Shrunk the Kids and turn it into A Bug's Life play area to re-purpose it with a better known property in the animation universe.
