Changes coming to STK

Jonathan Segal, CEO of the parent company One Group stated today that many of the more expensive streaks offered have not been popular and STK Orlando will be altering their menu and changing exterior signage in an effort to improve their visitor count and guest satisfaction. They are also considering the addition of an outside hostess stand.

I received an e-mail from Disney Store that my shirt was shipped today.

Received my shirt order today and they sent the wrong shirt! I ordered the preview center shirt and I got Dreamfinder from Epcot. The package slip even said preview center. When I called to tell them about their mistake, they said they were out of the preview center shirt!! I'm SO sad! I went to the preview center as a kid and wanted that shirt really bad. Disney is not so magical for me today.

Ok don't want to get your hopes up, but a similar thing happened with my last order. A shirt was missing and when I called they were out of my size. They said they could send me a size up, which I agreed to. A few days later a box showed up with a duplicate of my entire order (no charge), including the missing shirt in correct size. The larger size showed up a few days after that. I'm sorry this happened to you - their service is awful. Keeping my fingers crossed that you get lucky too.

And this is my primary concern with the "insiders". Wait until you have substance. Don't put out something With no details and 100% plausible deniability...that's what schemescape has been doing for decades

Normally I would agree that "I know something, but can't say anything" isn't very productive, but this is coming directly from the person who runs WdwMagic, and he rarely deals in idle rumors. If he is speaking up about something, then it's very likely something that is 100% happening, and will be announced very soon. I don't have a problem with him building up a little excitement about it.

Ah-ha-- and as of late the increased portions and decreased pricing on the Nomad menu...... can't deny it happened.....

I received my preview center t-shirt today and I am extremely disappointed. It's incredibly thin material and not worth the price paid. I am thinking of returning it but maybe you'd be interested in having it? Send me a PM.

I was just thinking of what possibilities there would be for entertainment options at Disney Springs, and what if they set up a permanent theatre for some of their Broadway/West End productions like The Lion King and Aladdin, I could see that being quite popular.

Those shirts are a different style so they shouldn't be like the preview center shirt.

That said, I really am surprised they haven't built a permanent home for The Lion King in Florida - that would be like shooting fish in a barrel for people who don't get a chance to see the touring production.

Someday...I hope we know the real reason behind what exactly led to the abandonment of PI...lots of valid theories...but I think we don't know the real story.

I don't ever see them building something that elaborate to provide an intimate experience again...

It provided more value than the money spent to those who loved it...and That won't be tolerated.

Disney surveying guests about big changes to its PhotoPass Memory Maker product

One reason we often book a pre-park opening ADR is to get photos in an emptier park - so I would pay extra to get that without having to do an ADR .... Not sure if all that is with $100-$180 more - though an "express line" for character meets definitely has value

I don't think the memory maker is faring too well...my guess is it's use is in steep decline.

But WDW Magic doesn't get "proprietary info"...neither does Jim hill...or bus driver dispatcher...

It is very interesting seeing how and which rumors get out. Some of them get out well before intended, but at the same time some will take forever (news of the Hatter leaving was public about a week before making it on here, where the rest of the character cuts were here before it was official to the cast).
