Can't find any info from doing a quick search, but do you know if that's what the Pizza Planet building was originally supposed to be?

NICE!!! Looks like one arm doesn't know what the other arm is doing. Parks and Resorts expanding the Muppets footprint, while ABC cancels the TV show. Hopefully the muppets can find a place somewhere on the air/computer waves.

There was originally supposed to be a muppets restaurant in that area. I am not sure if it was supposed to be where mama melrose is or pizza planet.

Not that I ha any doubt but I don't see where they are getting this confirmed from. The permits don't say pizza rizzo from what I have seen. They say muppets complex B.

awesome. The Muppets need more exposure in the parks IMO. (Sad we'll probably just miss its opening during our trip in mid-Oct. but glad to hear it is happening)

Well you know how they are .... I stared at it for a minute after I checked for recent permits and saw none ..... I think they are saying they have "inside confirmed" info as to the name etc and then just referenced the OLD permits we all saw that state Muppets Complex to give the story more meat.

Agreed!! I stood in line 3 hours to meet Constantine. Of course it was the real Muppet and real Puppeteer but I think some kind of M&G of Muppets would be AWESOME!!!!!

Holy crow, that would be the coolest thing ever! I can't say I would wait in line for 3 hours, but It would definitely be high on my list. The problem would be finding puppeteers that could also do the voice close enough...

I really think disney dropped the ball with this. They could have revolutionized TV streaming and made their own pay streaming service with their movies, tv shows, cartoons and sports from ESPN.

Cable is a sinking ship and Disney seems to be going down with the ship instead of riding the wave.

You want an early (totally NOT in the know) guess. I'm thinking video screens. They'll do something with video screens where you'll see the characters in the kitchen. Maybe you'lll have something similar to Crush/Laugh Floor where the characters can talk to the Patrons at the table, but I would guess that's even too much for a QS restaurant.
