news paper codes

I'm new at these codes, are there certain papers they are put in . I'm from Delaware and I don't ever remember seeing any codes for Disney but I could have missed them. Anyone have any info?

Delaware is never included in the State codes. It's too small.
The newspaper dosn't even have a travel section. Heck, it dosn't even have a real name. The News Journal, gimme a break.

I live right across the bridge in NJ, and the paper closest to us for that info is the Philly Inquirer....The new codes listed today aren't state-specific.....
