News for Trading Spaces fans....

....Paige Davis is going to Broadway!

Before she was the host of Trading Spaces, Paige was a stage musical performer. On Broadway and on tour she played one of the 'merry murderesses' in the cellblock scene in Chicago. She was also an unserstudy for the Roxie Hart character.

Now Paige is going to play Roxie on Broadway for a few weeks this summer, while TS is on hiatus. I know that show is gonna get a big box office boost from folks wanting to see the 'sweet, perky' Trading Spaces presenter playing a singing murderess. I would have preferred to see her as Belle, since she was in Beauty and the Beast....

I should add too that Paige's husband, Patrick Page, is now in the Broadway production of The Lion King, playing Scar. So this summer, Paige and Page will be on Broadway!

P.S. I read that Paige and Patrick have bought a new apartment in NYC, and they're hiring Doug to design it. Hmmmmm.....
