We all know a Finding Nemo sequel is in the works. But has Disney let loose on the title and premise of the film?

The Disney Facebook Page just posted This Image, which shows the title "Finding Dory" with a release of November, 2015.

There is also a news story on Hypable (Generally reliable source for me) with Press Report details: Story

When Dory said “just keep swimming” in 2003’s Oscar®-winning film “Finding Nemo,” she could not have imagined what was in store for her (not that she could remember). Ellen DeGeneres, voice of the friendly-but-forgetful blue tang fish, revealed details today about Disney•Pixar’s “Finding Dory”—an all-new big-screen adventure diving into theaters on Nov. 25, 2015.

“I have waited for this day for a long, long, long, long, long, long time,” said DeGeneres. “I’m not mad it took this long. I know the people at Pixar were busy creating ‘Toy Story 16.’ But the time they took was worth it. The script is fantastic. And it has everything I loved about the first one: It’s got a lot of heart, it’s really funny, and the best part is—it’s got a lot more Dory.”

Director and Pixar veteran Andrew Stanton takes audiences back to the extraordinary underwater world created in the original film. “There is no Dory without Ellen,” said Stanton. “She won the hearts of moviegoers all over the world—not to mention our team here at Pixar. One thing we couldn’t stop thinking about was why she was all alone in the ocean on the day she met Marlin. In ‘Finding Dory,’ she will be reunited with her loved ones, learning a few things about the meaning of family along the way.”

According to Stanton, “Finding Dory” takes place about a year after the first film, and features returning favorites Marlin, Nemo and the Tank Gang, among others. Set in part along the California coastline, the story also welcomes a host of new characters, including a few who will prove to be a very important part of Dory’s life.

Honestly didn't see this one coming - kind of wondering when pixar will stop doing sequels...

I think this is one of the better sequels they could do. They really set this one up - Dory's forgetful, has lost her family, and Finding Nemo was one of the best movies Pixar has done in terms of sales.

The script really writes itself.

Don't get me wrong, I love Pixar and Disney and have yet to be disappointed. I just think that the creativity behind the team there must have some great tricks and new characters still up their sleeves ;)

I'm not a huge guy on sequels so I'm not very excited about this prospect of a movie. I see us losing a lot of money if it doesn't hold up to Finding Nemo.

Disney buys Pixar because of their unbridled creativity and success. Disney then makes these poor 'true imagineers' spend their time on mind numbing sequels. But it is easy money so it should surprise no one, I guess.

~Nice post, Mr. Pirate! But, I still want to see this -- all of the Toy Story sequels were great, so I'm hopeful -- plus I'm partial to the ocean. :rotfl:

I'm so excited for finding dory Ellen degeneras has always talked about wanting to do a sequel and now she gets too. Finding Nemo was always one of those movies I wanted a sequel to and now it here.

I'm excited for it!

when I first saw Disney post this on FB, I thought it was a sick, belated April fool's joke... Haha

I understand how it may be annoying for yet another sequel, but I think they've made a great decision with "Finding Dory". Finding Nemo is one of my favorite from Pixar; I'm ready for more of the vibrant scenes and lovable characters :)
