Newport bay club

Hi, I will soon be visiting the Newport bay club for the first time. Can anyone please tell me the opening and closing hours of the inside pool please? Also were is the breakfast served in the cap cod or in the yacht club? Thanks in advance.

Last June the information we got said the pool was open from 0700 to 2200 (last entrance 2130). We could use either restaurant for breakfast, and we tried them both.The selection of food was the same in both.Julie.
