Hi. I need some friendly advice. I've never been to SW and would like to go on our honeymoon mid-May. I just found out I'm 8 weeks pregnant. Will there be a lot of things for me to do at SW without the thrill rides?

Any help would be great! Thanks! :wave2:

There are only 2 rides and a simulator ride at Sea World. You can by-pass the simulator at Wild Arctic. You walk in , see the film, and then go in to see the animals. The shows will keep you busy and entertained at Sea World. You can touch and feed the dolphins, and stingrays. You can also feed the sealions and seals, watch and learn about the manatees, go see the penquins, clydesdales, and sharks. You could even rent a paddle boat. There are lots of shops to browse through, and they aren't all just Florida type souvenirs. I think you will have a great time.

The shows are excellent and it takes the better part of the day to schedule them all in - the Shamu show and Clyde & Seymour (seal lion & otter!) shows should not be missed. However, we also went to Odyssea, which is like a sea creature-themed Cirque du Soleil - it was my absolute favorite and I would encourage you to see it! We've seen the Cirque at Disney and this was every bit as good - and it's included in your admission!

Sea World is the perfect park to go to if you don't (or can't) do thrill rides. We did DC this year, so had the free days at SW. It was great to take our time and do things we hadn't done before - like Odyssea!

I thought Odyssea was one of the best shows in a park that I've ever seen! It's similar to Cirque du Soleil with a sea creature theme - sea horses, penguins, star fish, etc. The star fish number was incredible - I still can't figure out how they did it! As I said above, we've been to Cirque at Disney and this was very comparable. I would highly recommend this show!

There were some technical difficulties during the show, so we missed one number - maybe something with a pearl? I only wished we had time to go back and see it again!

We might be the exception; but my family(all men except for me) really did not like this show. It is very similar to a show that was at BG and we were just kind of bored when we saw it. We went once and pass it up whenever we are there now.

Thanks so much everyone! I'm sure we'll have a great time! We're really looking forward to it!
